本文对一稿多发、一稿多投、重复发表、再次发表、自我剽窃等相关概念进行了讨论,分析了它们之间的区别和联系。对一稿多发这一学术现象的内涵进行了探讨,阐释了一稿多发的类型和影响。提出判定一稿多发的3个要件,即同一作者或合作者将同一论文或内容重复较多的论文在两家及以上的公开出版的学术期刊发表。

This paper discusses multiple publications, multiple contribution, repetitive publication, second- ary publication, self-plagiarism and other related concepts, analyses differences and connections between them, probes into connotation of the academic phenomenon about multiple publications and illuminates its type and effects. Three elements of deciding multiple publications are put forward., the same author or col laborators publish the same or repetitive paper in two or more published academic journals and the actors are at fault.
