Discussion on Transition From Design Institute to Engineering Company

针对工程建设市场目前发展的现状、特点及要求 ,分析了设计单位从管理体制到运行模式等方面所存在的问题 ;通过对比发达国家的工程管理方式 ,提出了设计单位发展成为工程公司的有利条件和应着手做好的几项工作。

In accordance with the engineering construction market developing status quo at present,character and requirement the authors analyse the existence problems in design units from managing system to operation model,through comparing with the engineering management pattern in developing countries,the authors put forward the favourable conditions and several works should start on the design unit developing to engineering company.
