摘要
物料清单是离散制造企业核心的生产数据,为物料需求计划编制提供了计算依据,但是现有BOM模型过于简单,不能表达物料需求计划中所需的不确定时间特性。基于加权有向图建立BOM的数学模型,提供自约束和互约束不确定时间特性的支持;基于时间距离图建立物料需求的时间约束模型,并给出BOM模型向物料需求时间约束模型映射的方法;最后通过实例对所提出的方法进行了验证。
Bill of material (BOM) is critical for manufacturing enterprises. Though it can supply material require- ment planning with fundamental data. Traditional BOM can not describe uncertain time information due to its sim- plicity. This weakness confines BOM from a wide range of application. A new BOM model which is based on weighted digraph was presented in this paper. The model carried fuzzy time data as well as basic information. In the meanwhile, a time constraint model of material requirement planning was proposed on the base of time distance graph. To transform BOM model into time constraint model of material requirement planning, mapping rules were set. A case study was used to verify the feasibility of the proposed methodology.
