摘要
利用高效液相色谱法分析了11个菠萝品种果实中5种维生素含量的差异。结果表明.在11个品种果实中,维生素C含量在99.9-230.9μg/g,维生素A含量在1.6~3.8μg/g,维生素B3含量在3.8=23.5μg/g,维生素B6含量差异较大,在4.5~67.1μg/g,巴厘、台农11号、GoldenWinterSweet、NewPhuket、Phuket5个品种中未检测到含有维生素B,:,其它品种维生素B。:含量在2.0~12.1μg/g。巴厘维生素A含量显著高于其它品种,台农11号维生素C含量显著高于其它品种,GoldenWinterSweet维生素&和维生素风含量最高,台农19号维生素B12含量最高。
Five kinds of vitamins contents of fruits in eleven pineapple varieties were analyzed by using HPLC. The results showed that the contents of vitamin C, vitamin A and vitamin B3 were 99.9-230.9μg/g, 1.6-3.8 μg/g and 3.8-23.5μg/g, respectively, and the content of Vitamin B6 was most varied(i.e., 4.5-67.1 μg/g). On the other hand, although the content of Vitamin Blz was varied between 2.0-12.1 μg/g, in the other varieties, it was not detected in the fruit of Comte de paris, Tainong 11, Golden Winter Sweet, Phuket and New Phuke. The contents of Vitamin B3 and vitamin B6 in the fruits of Golden Winter Sweet were the highest, the contents of vitamin C in the fruit of Tainong 11 and vitamin A in the fruits of Comte de paris were significantly higher than the other varieties. The highest content of vitamin Bl2 was founded in the fruit of Tainong 19.
