摘要 查干淖尔一号井主斜井泥岩段施工过程中,围岩破碎,膨胀速度快,支护困难。研究提出了采用钢管混凝土支架+钢板网+强力抗拉网+网喷联合支护方案。通过现场变形监测数据分析了钢管混凝土支架的支护效果,表明支架可以有效控制围岩变形,实现破碎段巷道稳定。 During construction process of mudstone in main inclined shaft in first mine of Chagannaoer, surrounding rock is crushing with fast expansion rate, which leads to difficulties in supporting. Composed support forms of steel tubular spport filled with concrete+metal mesh+strong tensile net+ spray concrete was proposed after study. Through monitoring on-site, deformation data was got. After analysis, we got the supporting effect of the steel tubular support, which demonstrated that the bracket could control rock deformation effectively and keep the stability of the broken segment roadway.
