摘要
以湖南某萤石矿浮选去除石英的精矿为研究对象,通过粗选与精选Ⅰ条件试验确定萤石与重晶石浮选分离的药剂制度,在此基础上进行开路与闭路试验,获得了品位为97.35%,回收率为96.15%的萤石精矿以及品位仅为4.76%的尾矿,尾矿可以进一步浮选重晶石。
The concentrate by flotation removing quartz of the Hunan fluorite was determined as the research object of study . The reagent system of separating fluorite and barite was determined through the rough separation and selection of conditions, and on the basis of open and closed circuit test. Closed circuit test get fluorite concentrate of CaF2 grade of 97.35 %and CaF2 recovery-rate of 96.15 % and the tailings of CaF2 grade of 4.76 % . The tailings can make further flotation to get barite concentrate.
