扎龙湿地芦苇种群根茎年龄结构研究 被引量:2

Study on age structure of the rhizomes of Phragmites communis population in Zhalong wetlands

摘要 为了揭示芦苇种群根茎年龄结构与生态环境的关系及可塑性生长规律,试验采用单位面积取样方法,用形态学方法鉴别根茎年龄,比较研究扎龙湿地异质生境条件下芦苇种群根茎的年龄结构动态。结果表明:单位面积芦苇种群根茎长度和生物量表现为湿生>旱生>水生>盐碱;从年龄结构上看,湿生芦苇根茎为增长型结构,水生、盐碱芦苇根茎为稳定型结构,旱生芦苇根茎为衰退型结构;芦苇种群根茎干物质贮量在生境间表现为旱生>湿生>水生>盐碱,随着龄级的增加干物质贮量呈增加趋势,干物质贮量与龄级之间的拟合方程为指数函数(P<0.01)。说明在异质环境下,芦苇根茎的生长具有很大可塑性,芦苇在繁殖行为方面具有广泛的选择适应性。 To reveal the relationship between the age structure of rhizomes of Phragmites communis population and the ecological environment, and study the plastic growth rule, the method of unit - area sampling was used, and a morphologic method was used to identify the rhizome age, and a comparative research was carried out on the dynamic change of the rhizome age structure of Phragmites communis population in different habitats in Zhalong wetlands. The result showed that there was a large difference in the rhizome length and biomass of the Phragmites communis population in unit area in different habitats, showing wetland 〉 dry land 〉 aquatic 〉 saline - alkali. In terms of age structure, wetland Phrag- mites communis rhizome belonged to the increasing type, aquatic Phragmites communis rhizome and saline - alkali Phragmites communis rhizome belonged to the stable type while the dry land Phragmites communis rhizome fell into the declining type. The dry matter storage varied in differ- ent habitats, showing dry land 〉 wetland 〉 aquatic 〉 saline - alkali. The dry matter storage exhibited an increasing trend with the increasing of age class. The fitting equation between the dry matter storage and age class was exponential function ( P 〈 0.01 ). It indicates that in different habitats the growth of Phragmites communis rhizome has great plasticity, and Phragmites communis has adaptability with a wide range of choices in the breeding behavior.
