早期丙酸氟替卡松吸入预防毛细支气管炎反复发作观察

Observation of early propionic acid continued fluticasone inhalation prevent capillary bronchitis repeated attacks

目的通过观察毛细支气管炎患者早期吸入丙酸氟替卡松后病情转归,寻找针对毛细支气管炎患者反复发作的早期有效干预措施。方法将无锡市第八人民医院映山河儿童医院2009年11月—2011年3月期间符合毛细支气管炎诊断标准的80例住院患儿随机平均分成两组,出院后给予不同后续治疗,干预组40例予3～6个月吸入ICS(丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂)治疗,对照组40例予口服中药止咳化痰剂2周,随访两组患儿出院后3个月时的肺功能的改变并观察出院后1年内咳喘反复的情况。结果与对照组相比,干预组3个月后肺功能的改善明显高于对照组,且1年内反复咳喘的病例明显低于对照组。结论早期吸入丙酸氟替卡松可以防止毛细支气管炎患儿病后1年内的咳喘反复发作,改善早期肺功能。

Objective Through to observe the capillary bronchitis patients early inhaled 1CS （propionic acid continued fluticasone） outcome after illness, looking for early effective intervention measures to avoid repeated attacks of capillary bronchitis patients. Methods Totally 80 cases of hospitalized children according to capillary bronchitis diagnosis stand-ard in November 2009 - during March 201 l were randomly divided into two groups, used the different treatment after they discharged from hospital ,the treatment group 40 cases inhaled ICS 3 -6 months, and the control group 40 cases were treated by oral Chinese medicine to reduce phlegm agent 2 weeks,follow-up two groups of children of the three months after discharge of pulmonary function change within one year after hospital discharge and observe repeatedly cough and wheeze. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement of the lung function of the intervention group 3 months after was significantly higher than the control group, and cases of cough and wheeze repeatedly were significantly lower than those in the control group within 1 years. Conclusions Early inhaled propionic acid continued flutieasone may prevent the capillary bronchitises trouble 1 years of cough and wheeze out of repeated attacks, and improve early lung function.
