郑州市口腔科诊疗室不同区域微生物污染调查研究

摘要 目的了解郑州市医疗机构口腔科诊疗室不同区域微生物污染状况,强化管理对策。方法按《消毒技术规范》2002年版对12家医疗机构的口腔科诊疗室进行了检测。结果本次监测空气115份,平均菌落数距患者治疗点0.5米以内为4261cfu/m3、1米处3235cfu/m3、2米处1163cfu/m3及5米(对照区)处736cfu/m3。物体表面120份,平均菌落数距离患者治疗点0.5米以内为2360cfu/cm2、1米处1652cfu/cm2、2米处625cfu/cm2及5米(对照区)处268cfu/cm2。其中距患者治疗点1米以内区域检出致病菌5份,乙肝表面抗原检出4份。检出率分别是4.06%及3.25%。结论郑州市医疗机构口腔诊疗室诊疗期间环境污染严重,空气及物体表面平均菌落数严重超标,并检出致病菌及乙肝表面抗原,需加强管理。 Objective To understand the medical institutions of Zhengzhou city stomatological clinic room in different re-gion of microbial contamination, aggrandizement management countermeasures. Methods According to the" technical standard for disinfection". 2002 edition of 12 home health agencies for dental clinic were detected. Results Of the mo-nitoring of the air 115, average bacterial count from the patient treatment within 0. 5 meters of 4261cfu/m^3 , 3235 CFU/ m^3 1 meter, 2 meters and 5 meters of 1163 CFU/m^3 (controlled area)was736 CFU/m^3. Surface 120, average colony number distance patient treatment within O. 5 meters of 2360cfu/cm^2, 1652cfu/cm^2, 1 meter, 2 meters and 5 meters of 625 CFU/cm^2( controlled area) is 268 CFU/cm^2. One point 1 meter away from the patients treatment area detection of pathogenic bacteria in 5, hepatitis B surface antigen was detected in 4. The detection rate is respectively 4. 06% and 3.25%. Conclusions In medical institutions of Zhengzhou city during oral clinic diagnosis and treatment of serious en- vironment pollution, air and surface average bacterial count exceeds bid badly, and detection of pathogenic bacteria and hepatitis B surface antigen, need to strengthen management.
