回火温度对马氏体不锈钢1Cr13焊接接头耐腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 利用化学浸泡腐蚀试验以及扫描电镜、能谱及失重法等分析方法,研究了在35℃恒温条件下不同焊后热处理的马氏体不锈钢1Cr13焊接接头在10%HCl和10%H2SO4两种腐蚀介质下的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着回火温度的降低,马氏体不锈钢1Cr13焊缝和热影响区的组织变得粗大,不均匀,导致焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能降低;马氏体不锈钢1Cr13焊接接头对Cl-耐腐蚀性好,对SO42-耐腐蚀性差;在10%HCl中,腐蚀产物主要为Fe和Cr的氧化物和氯化物。在10%H2SO4腐蚀介质中,腐蚀产物主要为Fe和Cr的氧化物和硫化物。 Chemical immersion corrosion test, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy spectrum and weight loss, were used to investigate the corrosion resistance of martensite stainless steel 1Crl 3 welded joints under the conditions of constant temperature at 35 ℃ and under two kinds of corrosive media 10%HCl and 10%H2SO4. The results showed that the microstructure of weld and heat affected zone becomes coarse and uneven with the tempering temperature deereasing. The corrosion resistance of martensite stainless steel 1Crl3 welded joints is well in Cl-, that is poor in SO4 2-. In 10%HCI, the corrosion products are mainly iron and chromium oxides and chlorides. In 10%H2SO4, the corrosion products are mainly iron and chromium oxides and sulfide.
