摘要
介绍了一种钢管3PE防腐螺旋传动线自动追管、脱管和对中方案。该方案采用PLC控制的变频传动系统,由PLC进行逻辑控制,变频器进行传动驱动。经过操作台控制,通过PLC控制变频与工频切换,利用即时计算钢管等效长度和等效直线追击原理,实现传动线循环自动追管、脱管以及对中的目的。运行结果表明,该系统具有结构简单、工作可靠、抗干扰能力强、维护费用低廉等特点。
In this article, it introduced automatic catching and departing steel pipe of 3PE coating spiral drive line and its centering proposal. This proposal adopts variable frequency drive system, utilizes PLC to conduct logical control, and uses transducer to drive. Through controlling switching between variable frequency and power frequency by PLC, utilizing instant computing equivalent length of steel pipe and equivalent linear chasing principle, it realizes automatic catching, departing steel pipe and centering. The practical operation results showed that this system possesses several characteristics, such as simple structure, reliable operation, strong anti-interference ability, lower maintenance charge and etc.
