摘要
镁合金用于医学领域的研究总体说来还处于探索起步阶段,如何有效控制降解时间,改善力学性能,使其更适合人体生理,是目前研究亟待解决的关键问题。但随着镁合金研究的深入,尤其是材料选择及涂层技术方面的改进,镁合金的降解时间和力学性能的维持时间都有很大的提高。本文对近些年有关镁合金在骨固定材料以及合金支架方面取得的相关成果及主要面临的挑战作一综述。
Magnesium and its alloys research for medical applications are in the early stage of exploration. How to control the degradation time effectively, to improve the mechanical properties, and to make them more adapt to physiology are the key problems needed to be solved. With the deeply research of magnesium alloys, especially the improving of technology in material and coating, the degradation and mechanical of magnesium alloys were greatly improved. The present article will review the available clinical evidence regarding these devices at present and their future perspectives and challenges.
