摘要
目的探讨低场磁共振成像(MRI)在踝关节骨挫伤中的应用价值。方法对32例踝关节损伤的患者行MRI检查,MRI技术使用快速自旋回波(FSE)T1WI、T2WI及脂肪抑制短时间反转恢复序列(STIR)。结果在踝关节的骨挫伤中,STIR对骨挫伤病变显示率为100%,表现为骨髓水肿信号。结论在踝关节的骨挫伤中,MRI具有明显的优越性,STIR技术是最为敏感和准确的序列。
Objective The diagnostic value of low field MRI to bone contusion around ankle joint. Methods Thirty-two patients with ankle joint injury were exercised by MRI with FSET^WI, T2WI and STIR. Results In ankle bone contusion, STIR on bone contusion lesions could be showed fully, manifested as bone marrow edema signal. Conclusion Ankle bone contusion in MRI has obvious advantages, STIR technique is the most sensitive and accurate sequence.
