摘要
火箭武器弹-架系统的振动引起火箭弹的初始扰动,振动结果集中反映到定向器管口上,而发射箱的柔性变形对振动结果的影响不可忽略。通过建立某火箭武器发射箱基于弹管碰撞作用的刚体振动模型,并考虑发射架和定向器的柔性变形因素,用动力有限元法建立发射箱的柔性多体模型,经仿真计算和模型验证,对刚体振动结果和柔性变形结果耦合叠加,得到了发射箱的综合振动特性结果,掌握了影响发射箱振动的因素和规律,进行了火箭弹初始扰动的计算。研究方法和计算结果为某火箭武器初始扰动分析、弹道修正及提高射击精度提供了参考,也为同类火箭武器动力学分析提供借鉴。
The vibration of rocket projectile and launch frame system of rocket weapon bring initial disturbance of rocket projectile. The vibration results concentrative reflect on the nozzle of directional tube. However the influence of flexible distortion of launch container to vibration results can't be neglected. The rigid body vibration model of launch container for a certain rocket weapon was established based on the impact action between rocket projectile and directional tube. And thinking of the flexible distortion factors of launch frame and directional tube, the flexible body model of launch container was also established through dynamic finite element method. After the simulation calculations and model validation were done, the rigid vibration results and flexible distortion results were coupled. The comprehensive results of vibration characteristic for launch container were gained. The factors and rules which influenced the launch vibration were mastered. Then the calculation of initial disturbance was done. The study method and calculation results provide reference for initial disturbance analysis, trajectory correction and better launch precision of rocket weapon. And it also provides reference for dynamics analysis of the same style rocket weapon.
