Prevention and Analysis for Abnormal Motion of Elevator Car with Door Opened

在开门状态下轿厢发生非正常移动是一种危险的电梯故障,往往会导致剪切或坠落等致命事故。本文运用故障树分析方法,对造成电梯轿厢非正常移动的潜在的因素进行辩识,并对故障树进行了定性分析,求出了最小割集和最小径集,找出了各种可能的事故原因,在此基础上,提出了预防此类事故发生的措施。

The abnormal motion of elevator car when door opening is a dangerous fault, which would result in deadly accidents such as sharing and falling injuries. A fault tree was constructed and the potential causes were achieved. The fault tree was also analyzed and the minimal cut set and path set of the top event were obtained. Based on it some measures to prevent such accidents were put forward.
