花宝金教授中西医结合治疗食道癌经验

Experience of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Esophageal Cancer by Professor Hua Baojin

目的:探讨花宝金教授治疗食道癌的临床经验。方法:从病因病机、辨证论治方面着手,总结花宝全教授治疗食道癌的经验。结果:花宝金教授治疗食道癌,强调以活血化瘀、行气化痰为主,中西医结合治疗,同时亦调脾胃、补肝肾。结论:花宝金教授运用中西医结合治疗食道癌有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To study the experience in the treatment of esophageal cancer by Professor Hua Baojin.Methods：Summarize the clinical thinking and effective prescription for esophageal cancer by Professor Hua.Results：The treatment by professor Hua emphasizes on activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,promoting qi and eliminating sputum,combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine as well as reinforcing appetite,kidney and liver.Conclusion：The treatment of esophageal cancer by Professor Hua Baojin has better clinical curative effect.
