试论“阳化气,阴成形”与老年肿瘤

目的:探索老年肿瘤的病因病机及治疗思路。方法:立足中医文献,基于对阴阳气化理论的认识,借鉴临床有关疾病的治疗思维,探索肿瘤的中医治疗思路。结果:"阳化气,阴成形"在老年肿瘤疾病发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。结论:"阳化气,阴成形"理论指导肿瘤临床治疗有可靠的理论基础,值得进一步探索。

Objective：To explore the pathogenesis and therapy thread of elderly cancer.Methods：Explore the therapy thread based on the TCM literature,Yin and Yang gasification theory and therapy thread of relevant clinical diseases.Results：＂Yang giving living things functional activities,Yin constituting the body＂ plays an important role in elderly cancer.Conclusion：This theory has reliable theoretical basis and deserves further exploration.
