五味子醇甲的提取工艺研究

Extraction Technical Study of Schisandrin in Wuweizi

目的:探讨五味子中五味子醇甲的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计,以五味子醇甲含量为评价指标,考察乙醇浓度(A)、收集醇量(B)、渗漉速度(C)三个因素对五味子中五味子醇甲提取的影响,优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为:用45%乙醇浸渍过夜,渗漉速度为1～2 mL.(kg.min)-1,收集药材8倍量的渗漉液。结论:该提取方法科学,生产工艺稳定可靠。

Objective：To study the optimum extraction technology of schisandrin in Wuweizi.Methods：Use orthogonal design,orthogonal design and schisandrin content as evaluation indexes to investigate ethanol concentration（A）,alcohol quantity（B） and diacolation speed（C）,three factors on the extraction technology.Results：The optimum extraction process：45% ethanol impregnated overnight,diacolation speed for 1-2 mL·kg-1·min-1,collecting percolate 8 times amount of drugs.Conclusion：This extraction method is scientific and the production process is stable and reliable.
