摘要
目的:探讨五味子中五味子醇甲的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计,以五味子醇甲含量为评价指标,考察乙醇浓度(A)、收集醇量(B)、渗漉速度(C)三个因素对五味子中五味子醇甲提取的影响,优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为:用45%乙醇浸渍过夜,渗漉速度为1~2 mL.(kg.min)-1,收集药材8倍量的渗漉液。结论:该提取方法科学,生产工艺稳定可靠。
Objective:To study the optimum extraction technology of schisandrin in Wuweizi.Methods:Use orthogonal design,orthogonal design and schisandrin content as evaluation indexes to investigate ethanol concentration(A),alcohol quantity(B) and diacolation speed(C),three factors on the extraction technology.Results:The optimum extraction process:45% ethanol impregnated overnight,diacolation speed for 1-2 mL·kg-1·min-1,collecting percolate 8 times amount of drugs.Conclusion:This extraction method is scientific and the production process is stable and reliable.
