黄芪皂苷的提取及含量测定

Assay and Extraction of Huangqi Saponin

目的:研究黄芪药材中黄芪皂苷的提取工艺及其含量测定。方法:采用70%乙醇回流提取,水饱和正丁醇萃取黄芪中的皂苷成分,通过不同组分的皂苷含量进行薄层色谱法(TLC)、高效液相-示差检测器法(HPLC-RID)进行皂苷类成分的鉴定和含量测定。结果:从黄芪总皂苷中分离出六种黄芪皂苷化合物(AS-Ⅰ～AS-Ⅵ),其中AS-Ⅰ部分经鉴定主要含皂苷Ⅱ,质量分数为29.4%,AS-Ⅲ部分经鉴定主要含皂苷Ⅳ,质量分数为22.82%。结论:薄层色谱法提取黄芪皂苷较为方便,而其含量的测定也较为准确,为临床实验提供帮助。

Objective：To study the assay and extraction of Huangqi saponin in Huangqi.Methods：Use 70% ethanol refluxing extraction and water saturation normal butanol to extract Huangqi saponin.Make identification and content determination through different component contents of thin layer chromatography（TLC） and high performance liquid-differential detector method（HPLC-RID）.Results：Six Huangqi saponin compounds were isolated from Huangqi saponin（AS-Ⅰ ~ AS-Ⅵ）.AS-Ⅰ part mainly contains saponinⅡand the mass fraction is 29.4%.AS-Ⅲ part mainly contains saponin Ⅳ and the mass fraction is 22.82%.Conclusion：This method can be used for its more convenient,accurate content determination and providing help for clinical trials.
