舒心口服液对室性心律失常窦性心律震荡影响的研究

Study of Influence of Shuxin Oral Liquid on Heart Rate Turbulence of Patients with Ventricular Arrhythmia

目的:探讨舒心口服液对室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取室性心律失常患者130例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各65例。治疗组口服舒心口服液,对照组口服盐酸普罗帕酮(心律平)。分别于治疗前及治疗8周时对两组患者的窦性心律震荡(HRT)及心律失常治疗情况进行评价对比。结果:治疗组使用舒心口服液后,室性心律失常情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组HRT的震荡初始(TO)、震荡斜率(TS)均有显著改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:舒心口服液对室性心律失常有明显疗效,且对心脏自主神经功能有明显改善作用。

Objective：To discuss the Shuxin Oral Liquid′s therapeutical effect in Ventricular arrhythmia,and effects in HRT of patients who has Ventricular arrhythmia.Methods：130 patients suffering from Ventricular arrhythmia are picked out and separated into two groups,Shuxin Oral Liquid curing group and Propafenone control group.Each has 65 patients.Then estimate and compare the patients′states of HRT and entricular arrhythmia,respectively before and after being cured for 8 weeks.Results：The patients in Shuxin Oral Liquid curing group has much better condition in Ventricular arrhythmia than those in control group（P0.01）;After being cured,both the two groups′condition in TO and TS improve a lot,while the curing group has better therapy effects.Conclusion：The Shuxin Oral Liquid′s has curative effects in curing Ventricular arrhythmia,and can also alleviate Autonomic nervous function.
