中西医结合治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压35例

Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment in Yin Deficiency Yang Hyperaltivity Type Primary Hypertension 35 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的疗效。方法:将70例阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例,对照组给予依那普利片10 mg,口服,开始剂量为每日5～10 mg,分1～2次服用,根据血压水平,可逐渐增加剂量,每日最大剂量一般不宜超过40 mg。治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟降压清脑汤,两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗结束后判定疗效,并同时观察不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为82.86%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且两组均无明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压疗效较好。

Objective：To observe the combination of TCM and western medicine therapy hyperactivity of liver Yang type the curative effect of primary hypertension.Methods：70 patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 35 examples and the comparison group 35 examples.The control group was given enalaprilat piece of 10 mg oral and began to dose for daily 5~10 mg,points 1~2 times clothing,according to the blood pressure level and can be gradually increasing dose,a day of maximum dose should not be commonly more than 40 mg.The treatment group in the control group were treated with western medicine based on since quasi antihypertension clear brain soup,and 1 month were 1 treatment in two groups,treatment after decision treatment effect,and at the same time observe adverse reaction.Results：The effective rate was 94.29% in treatment group and control group in effective rate was 82.86%,two groups of efficient comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,and two groups are no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion：Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension curative effect is good.
