益气化痰法治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床研究

Clinical Research of Yiqi Huatan Method in the Treatment of Unstable Angina

目的:探讨益气化痰法对不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法:120例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用十味温胆汤加减(半夏10 g,枳实10 g,陈皮10 g,茯苓20 g,酸枣仁10 g,远志10 g,五味子6 g,熟地黄6 g,人参10 g,炙甘草6 g,生姜5片,红枣1枚)。观察两组疗效并作统计学处理。结果:治疗组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为80%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化痰法治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效显著。

Objective：To study the effect of Yiqi huatan method in the treatment of unstable angina.Methods：120 cases with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases of each group.The control group was given normal western medicine therapy.The treatment group was given additional flavor ShiweiWendan decoction（Banxia10 g Zhishi 10 g,Chenpi 10 g,Fuling 20 g,Suanzaoren 10 g,Yuanzhi 10 g,Wuweizi 6 g,Shudi 6 g,Renshen 10 g,Zhigancao 6 g,Shengjiang 5 slice,Hongzao a medal）.Observe the curative effect and statistical treatment.Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 95%,while that of the control group was 80%,Comparison of the effective rate of two groups showed that the differences had statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi huatan method in the treatment of unstable angina has obvious effect.
