健胃清肠合剂应用于电子结肠镜检查中肠道准备的研究

Clinical Research of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture for Bowel Preparation in Electronic Colonoscopy

目的:观察健胃清肠合剂在电子结肠镜检查中肠道准备的临床应用效果。方法:90例患者随机分为3组,清洁灌肠组30例、甘露醇组30例和健胃清肠合剂组30例。3组在肠道清洁程度、耐受性和可接受度指标及不良反应进行对比。结果:健胃清汤组肠腔清洁程度与灌肠组、甘露醇组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);耐受性和可接受度明显优于甘露醇组、灌肠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服健胃清肠合剂在电子结肠镜检查中的临床效果满意,检查成功率高,便捷,舒适,不良反应少,为临床选择合适的肠道准备方法提供依据。

Objective：To observe the clinical application effect of Jianweiqingchang mixture for bowel preparation in electronic colonoscopy.Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases of cleaning enema group,30 cases of mannitol group and 30 cases of Chinese medicine group invigorating stomach and promoting bower movements.Compare the three groups in the intestinal tract cleaning degree,tolerance and acceptance degree index and adverse reaction.Results：Compare the intestinal tract cleaning degree in traditional Chinese medicine group,enema group and mannitol group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The tolerance and acceptance degree were obviously superior to the mannitol group and enema group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical application effect of Jianweiqingchang mixture for bowel preparation in electronic colonoscopy has satisfactory clinical effect,convenient,comfortable,less adverse reaction and providing basis for appropriate bowel preparation methods.
