调经促排助孕汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tiaojing Cupai Zhuyun Decoction in the Treatment of Ovulation Failure Infertility

目的:观察调经促排助孕汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:142例排卵障碍性不孕症患者(证属肾虚精亏、气血不足型)于月经周期第5天开始服用调经促排助孕汤直至排卵,1个月为1个疗程。连续治疗1～6个疗程。结果:142例不孕症患者经治疗后,受孕者128例,未孕但排卵功能改善者9例,治疗前后无变化者5例,有效率为96.5%。结论:调经促排助孕汤具有调整月经周期及良好的促排卵作用,对女性生殖轴紊乱引起的排卵障碍性不孕症疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of TiaojingCupaiZhuyun decoction in the treatment of ovulation failure infertility.Methods：142 cases with ovulation failure infertility（kidney asthenia and essence damage,insufficiency of vital energy and blood type） were given TiaojingCupaiZhuyun decoction to ovulation after 5 days in menstrual cycle,1 month as one course of treatment,continuous course treatment for 1~6 courses.Results：After treatment,128 cases become pregnant,unfertilized but ovulation function improved in 9 cases,no change before and after treatment in 5 cases,the effective rate was 96.5%.Conclusion：The TiaojingCupaiZhuyun decoction has adjustment of menstrual cycle,satisfactory ovulation function and distinct curative effect on ovulation failure infertility caused by reproduction axis abnormality.
