完骨穴放血配合β-七叶皂苷钠及甲钴胺治疗急性面神经炎临床研究

The Bone Hole Bloodletting Fit β-Seven YeZao Sodium and Mecobalamin Glycosides Treatment of Acute Facial Paralysis

目的:探讨完骨穴放血疗法配合β-七叶皂苷钠及甲钴胺注射液治疗急性面神经炎的疗效。方法:将165例急性面神经炎的患者随机分为对照组80例和治疗组85例。对照组给予β-七叶皂苷钠20 mg+生理盐水250 mL,静脉滴注,同时给予甲钴胺0.5 mg肌肉注射,1次.d-1,共14 d;治疗组在对照组的基础上加完骨穴放血疗法。结果:治疗组有效率为94.1%,对照组有效率为85.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:完骨穴放血配合β-七叶皂苷钠及甲钴胺治疗急性面神经炎疗效显著。

Objective：To study the bone hole bloodletting therapy with beta seven YeZao sodium glycosides and mecobalamin injection in the treatment of acute the curative effect of facial paralysis.Methods：165 cases of acute facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group of 80 cases and the treatment group 85 examples.Control group give beta seven YeZao sodium glycosides 20 mg ＋nacl 250 mL in static drop,once the one day,a total of 14 d;The treatment group in the control group after adding bone hole bloodletting therapy.Results：The effective rate was 94.1% in treatment group and control group in effective rate was 5.0%,two groups of efficient comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The bone hole bloodletting fit beta seven YeZao sodium and mecobalamin glycosides treatment of acute facial nerve inflammation clinical effect is remarkable.
