摘要
介绍了冷等静压石墨成型的生产工艺和原理;重点从模具包套设计、材料特性、粉末填充方式、除气、压制参数、原料配比和混捏均匀性方面分析了影响冷等静压石墨质量的因素。
The production process and principles of cold isostatically pressed graphites are briefly introduced in this paper.The factors that affect the quality of cold isostatically pressed graphite,especially the design of mold and packet,material characteristics,powder filling way,degassing,suppress parameters,material ratio and kneading uniformity were introduced emphasisly.
