摘要
铝用阳极在电解铝生产中起着很重要的作用,阳极不仅作为电流的导体,同时还参与还原反应。合理的阳极结构对阳极生产合格率和电解生产的效率具有直接促进作用。针对棱角结构阳极存在的问题,结合现场生产实际,设计出了全圆弧阳极及制造模具,彻底解决了生产中的问题,提升了阳极合格率,降低了阳极毛耗,提高了电流效率,大大降低了工人的劳动强度。
Carbon anode plays a very important role in aluminum electrolysis production. The anode is not only used as the electrode conductor, but also is an important part involved in redox reactions. Therefore, the suitable exterior structure of the carbon anode could play a directly promoting role in the anode and electrolysis production. The problems exited in the anode with edges and corners were pointed out. And the carbon anode with the whole arc was manufactured and the mold for the these carbon anodes was designed combined with production practice, which completely solved the above problems, and enhanced the qualification rate of anode and reduced the anode gross consumption. The current efficiency was improved and the labor intensity of the workers was greatly reduced.
