“两小一防”细分注水管柱的研究与应用

针对原有的分层注水管柱和测试工艺只适用层段划分在 8m以上的分层井 ,对 8m以内的众多小层不能划分的问题 ,研制了适用于小夹层、小卡距 ,防止测压时封隔器下部高压层向上部低压层产生压力传递的“两小一防”细分注水管柱。管柱主要由超短式可洗井封隔器、配水器、筛管和挡球等组成。封隔器和配水器直接连接 ,相邻两配水器之间距离可缩小到 2m ,可用常规的投捞测试工具对管柱进行投捞和分层测试 ,整个管柱不受层段数限制。现场试验表明 ,细分注水管柱完全适用于 1 40mm套管井 9个层段以下的分层注水工艺 。

A subdivision waterflooding string for separate layer water flooding of 140mm casing wells with less than 9 zones is developed. The string consists of ultrashort packers, water distributors, a screen tube and a retaining ball. The pack and distributor are connected directly, and the distance between two adjacent distributors can be shortened to 2m. The string can be pulled and run and tested with the conventional tools.
