摘要
以陕西省秦巴山区5个野生丹参居群为材料,分别采用AFLP和MSAP两种分子标记技术对秦巴山区丹参居群的遗传多样性和表观遗传多样性进行比较研究,为丹参种质资源评价和保护、引种驯化和优良品种选育及道地药材品质成因等研究提供依据。结果表明,丹参居群内的个体间在遗传背景和表观遗传多样性上具有较高的相似性。野生丹参居群间的亲缘关系与其地理分布之间有明显的相关性。来源于最东边的两个居群商南居群(SN)和丹凤居群(DF)亲缘关系最近。
The genetic and epigenetic diversity of five wild Salvia miltiorrhiza populations in Qinba Mountain Area were studied based on AFLP and MSAP,respectively.The results showed that the individuals within a population had high similarity at genetic and epigenetic diversity level.The phylogenetic relationships of these five Wild Salvia populations exhibited clear correlation with their geographical distribution.Shangnan population(SN) had the closest relative to Danfeng populations(DF),both of which were from the east compared with the other population.
