体质量指数下降对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of body mass index decreasing on life quality of patients with chronic obstructive disease

目的了解体质量指数（BMI）下降对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者生活质量的影响。方法选择门诊或住院的COPD稳定期患者测量身高、体质量、肺功能、最大吸气压、St．George呼吸问卷评分及6min步行试验（6WMT）并计算BMI，其中BMI18．5～23．9kg／m2 122例，24个月后再次测量各指标，将BMI〈18．5kg／m2 32例作为观察组，正常BMI患者为对照组。比较两组患者的以上测定结果。结果观察组患者肺功能部分降低，但差异无统计学意义，最大吸气压、6WMT明显减少，SGRQ评分下降（P〈0．01）。结论BMI下降影响COPD患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of body mass index decreasing on life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods The height, weight and body mass index （ BMI）, lung function, SGRQ score, 6WMT of patients with COPD in outpatient or inpatient were meas- ured, after 24 months again. Results By analysis of statistics, there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The MIP, SGRQ score, 6WMT of observation group decreased. Conclu- sions Decreasment of affect the life BMI can quality in patients with COPD.
