急性脑梗死患者高压氧治疗后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶与S100蛋白变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高压氧对急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S100蛋白水平的影响,及高压氧(HBO)的疗效。方法将110例急性脑梗死患者随机分为常规治疗组(50例)和高压氧治疗组(HBO组,60例),另选健康对照组44例。分别于患者入院2、10、20d时测定血清NSE和S100蛋白浓度。结果常规治疗组和HBO组入院第2天血清NSE和S100蛋白均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);但常规治疗组与HBO相比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。10d后两组已经有所下降,与健康组比较差异仍有统计学意义(P〈0.01);HBO治疗组下降明显好于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。第20天时继续下降,HBO治疗组明显低于常规治疗组(P〈0.05),HBO治疗组NSE已接近正常水平。HBO治疗组总有效率高于常规治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论HBO治疗能减轻脑缺血缺氧,改善循环,保护神经细胞免受损害,对急性脑梗死的治疗、恢复起到重要作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxyge (HBO) on neuron specific enolase (NSE) and S100 protein levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 110 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into routine treatment group (50 cases) and HBO treatment group (50 cases). And 44 healthy subjects were assigned as control group. The levels of serum NSE and S100 protein were examined on the second day, 10th day, 20th day, after subjects were admitted. Results The serum levels of NSE and S100 protein in routine treatment group and the HBO treatment group at the second day of admission were obviously higher than those in the healthy control group,there were significant differences (P 〈 0. 01 ), but there was no significant difference between routine treatment group and HBO treatment group (P 〉 0.05). Ten days later, the levels of NSE and S100 protein reduced, but there was significant difference when compared with the healthy group (P 〈 0. O1 ). The levels in HBO treatment group droped obviously than those in the routine treatment group, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). The levels continued to decline at 20th day, and were lower in HBO treatment group than those in routine treatment group (P 〈 0.05). The NSE levels in HBO treatment group already reduced to normal level. The clinical curative effect of the HBO treatment group was higher than that of the routine treatment group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions HBO can relieve the level of serum resistin, which is effective on treatment, prevention and recidivation of cerebral arterial thrombo- sis. Clinical efficacy of HBO treatment group is more efficient than that of the routine treatment group.
