摘要
目的探讨显微手术在治疗中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤中的应用价值。方法回顾分析宣城市人民医院神经外科自2005年4月至2011年7月对16例中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤患者行显微手术治疗的效果。结果所有患者均达到了镜下全切肿瘤或近全切，无手术死亡病例，最长随访5年，未见复发病例。结论采用显微手术不仅可提高中央回区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤肿瘤全切除率，并能更好地保护脑重要功能区，改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate the application value of microsurgical treatment on pa- rasagittal meningiomas adjacent to sensorimotor cortex. Methods The effects of 16 patients with pa- rasagittal meningiomas adjacent to sensorimotor cortex underwent microsurgery from April 2005 to July 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Total and subtotal resection were achieved in all of the pa- tients. There was no death case. No reoccurrence occurred in the follow-up period. Conclusions Mi- crosurgery can improve the total resection rate of parasagittal meningiomas adjacent to sensorimotor cor- tex, better protect the important functional area of brain and improve the prognosis of the patients.
