摘要 针对某铝合金复杂管铸件的尺寸、性能要求和铸造合金特点,采用精密树脂砂型真空吸铸方法,研究了铸件不同部位壁厚尺寸规律。通过浇注工艺的优化和合金力学性能的测试,获得了优化的铸造工艺参数,试制出了合格的铝铜系合金复杂管铸件。结果表明,树脂砂型真空吸铸工艺铸造铝铜系复杂管铸件是可行的,同时也能为复杂Al-Cu合金铸件研制提供参考。 Aiming at the requirement of properties and sizes of the casting and the alloy's characteristics of the complex aluminum alloy tube casting, adopting the method of the suction pouring with resin sand mold , size rule of the casting's wall thickness in different position was researched. Through optimization of casting process and testing of the mechanical properties of alloy, the optimized parameters of casting technology were obtained. The qualified castings were trial-produced. The results show that it is reasonable that suction pouring process with the resin sand mold cast the complex Al-Cu alloy tube casting, which can provide some reference for manufacture of the complex Al-Cu alloy castings.
