微波水热法合成铌酸钾钠(K_xNa_((1-x))NbO_3)粉体 被引量:1

K_xNa_((1-x))NbO_3 Powders Synthesized by Microwave-hydrothermal

摘要 以Nb2O5、NaOH和KOH为原料,采用微波水热法合成KxNa(1-x)NbO3粉体,研究了nKOH/nNaOH配比、合成温度对粉体形貌与成分的影响。结果表明:nKOH/nNaOH=5/1时,接近于准同型相界(MPB);KxNa(1-x)NbO3晶面间距随钾钠比的增大依次向左偏移。 Using Nb2O5, NaOH and KOH as raw materials, KxNa_(1-x)NbO3 powders were microwave-hydrothermal synthesized. The influences of nKOH/nNaOH and synthesized temperature on the morphology and composition of the powders were studied. The results show that the composition is closed to the phase boundary(MPB) when molar ratio of K+/ Na+ in solution precursor is 5 : 1. The crystal plane spacing is shifted towards left with the increase of molar ratio of K+/Na+.
