摘要
垂直上引连续铸造的铸铁空心型材,从其凝固结晶的机理上杜绝了传统铸造难以避免的气孔、砂眼、夹渣、缩松等缺陷,又因冷却速度极大而获得了细密的铸态组织,其共晶团体积仅有传统铸件的1/8~1/10,而晶界面积增加了4倍以上。这些特征致使连铸型材具有"高致密、零缺陷、强韧兼备"之特点,并使其抗磨损性能显著提高。运用连续铸造的球铁空心型材制作的氮氢气压缩机第5级气缸套,与离心铸管制造的缸套的对比试验结果表明,使用寿命提高了一倍以上。
