摘要
对铝合金曲柄方孔加工工艺性进行了分析。铝合金曲柄冲方孔工艺,模具结构及模具的工作过程,给出了冲方孔凸模和凹模的设计方法。并对生产中出现的冲方后方孔的表面粗糙度达不到产品要求的问题,提出了改进措施。改进后,方孔的表面粗糙度完全达到产品图的要求。
Square holes process for aluminum alloy crank is analyzed. The aluminum alloy crank punching hole technology and the die structure as well as working process of die were introduced. Designed methods of the punching square hole punch and female die were given. Aiming at problem that hole surface roughness after punching square hole can not reach the product demand, the improvement measures were put forward. After tcchnology is improved, surface roughness of punching square holes products fully can meet the demand.
