变截面板方盒形件拉深过程中厚度过渡区移动的研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于ABAQUS分析软件,建立了变截面板方盒形件拉深的有限元模型,分析和研究了压边力、板厚比、凹模圆角半径三个工艺参数对厚度过渡区移动的影响。结果表明:压边力的大小对成形件厚度过渡区移动量有着较大的影响,合理设置薄、厚两侧压边力的大小及分布是有效控制厚度过渡区移动量的关键;板厚比对厚度过渡区移动的影响比压边力的影响更加显著,当板厚比达到一定值时,成形件底部的厚度过渡区移动量几乎为零;增大凹模圆角半径能使侧壁厚度过渡区移动量增大并提高极限拉延深度。 The finite element model of drawing TRB (tailor rolled blanks) square box was established based on finite element simulation software ABAQUS. And then the influence of process parameters such as blank holder force, thickness ratio and the cavity die profile radius on TTZ (thickness transition zone) movement of drawing square box using TRB was simulated and investigated. The results show that, blank holder force has major influence on TTZ movement, but the key to control TTZ movement is proper control size and distribution regulation of blank holder force; the effect of thickness ratio on the TTZ movement is more significant than that of blank holder force, and when thickness ratio reaches a certain value, bottom TTZ movement of forming part is almost zero; the TTZ movement of the side wall and the limit of drawing depth are decreased significantly by increasing the die fillet radius.
