摘要
影响冲裁加工的因素很多,例如冲裁间隙、模具结构、冲裁速度以及模具材料和热处理状态等。然而因冲裁过程所产生的热对冲裁加工的影响为大家所忽略。冲裁所产生的热导致板料断裂的机理和正常冲裁下板料断裂的机理不同,对生产造成一定的影响。根据生产实践中的大量经验和模拟蓝脆温度下的冲裁实验,阐述了冲裁过程中产生的热对冲裁板料和模具寿命的影响。
There are many key factors of affecting punching processing, such as punching clearance, die structure, punching speed, die material and heat treatment state and so on. However, the influence of the heat engendered in punching on punching processing is neglected. As the mechanism that sheet metal fracture is caused by the heat engendered in punching differs from the mechanism that sheet metal fracture is caused in normal punching, it produces certain effect on production. On the basis of a lot of experience in production practice and punching experiment in simulation of blue brittleness temperature, the influence of the heat engendered in punching on sheet metal and die life were expanded on.
