摘要
为了生产高性能的银铟镉合金棒材,对其挤压模具进行了探索研究。采用不同的模具结构进行了挤压成形对比试验。结果表明,在相同的挤压条件下,采用1模1孔的模具挤压的产品质量比1模4孔的模具挤压的产品质量好。合理的模具设计对材料的挤压过程和成品率有重要影响,1模1孔的锥模成形更适合于银铟镉Ag80In15Cd5的挤压。
To produce silver indium cadmimn alloy bar of high performance, its extrusion die was researched. The extrusion forming comparison test of different die structures were done. The results show that, under the same extrusion conditions, product quality prepared using a die with a hole is better than one prepared using a die with tour holes. A reasonable die design to the extrusion process of material and the finished product rate has main influence, and a die with a hole is more suitable for the extrusion of silver indium cadmium AgSOInl 5Cd5.
