摘要
采用落料、拉深、变薄拉深三工序依次连续进行了复合冲压成形工艺。设计了一种用于液压卡套坯件批量生产的一次成形复合冷冲模。模具一个工位,即一次冲压行程成形卡套坯件。介绍了相应的冷冲压工艺数据计算方法和模具结构。
The adopting three processes--blanking, drawing and ironing, compound stamping process were carried out successively in turn. A composite die of one time forming for hydraulic ferrule mass production was designed. The die was a work station i.e. the ferrule blank was formed in a stamping stroke. The calculation method of corresponding cold stamping process data and die structure were introduced.
