K418/42CrMo异金属连续驱动摩擦焊研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用连续驱动摩擦焊对K418/42CrMo异金属进行了焊接工艺试验,对焊接接头抗拉强度、断口形貌、金相组织、显微硬度等进行分析。结果表明:焊接接头质量良好,抗拉强度达到700MPa以上,焊缝区域有碳元素从42CrMo侧向K418侧转移扩散现象。 The K418/42CrMo dissimilar metal are welded by continuous driven friction welding. Tensile strength, fracture morphology, microstructure and hardness are analyzed. The results show that the welding joints are good. The tensile strength can reach above 700MPa. Some carbon element diffuse from 42CrMo to K418.
