摘要
从母材成分、焊接材料、焊接参数、焊接顺序及焊后热处理等方面对高端支架高强钢的焊接工艺进行探讨;制定出合理的焊接工艺,达到控制结构件焊接变形,保证结构件的焊接质量的目的。
From the material composition, welding materials, welding parameters, welding sequence and post-weld heat treatment, the welding process of high strength steel for high-end support was discussed. A rational welding process was proposed, and then the welding deformation of structural components can be controlled, the welding quality can be ensured.
