高强钢中内螺纹螺柱焊工艺的研究

摘要 对用于高强钢中的内螺纹螺柱进行了螺柱焊试验,确定了最优的焊接工艺参数,研究了焊接电流和焊接时间对其焊接接头抗剪切强度的影响,并对所焊螺柱进行了外观检测、尺寸检测、敲击试验、断面检测、金相分析。结果表明,在最佳焊接工艺参数下(焊接电流1000A、焊接时间75ms)焊接的螺柱完全能够达到技术要求。 Through the stud welding test of inside threaded screw on high-strength steel, the optimal welding process parameters were confirmed. The influence of welding current, welding time on shear strength of welding joint was studied, and the appearance test, size test, stroking test, cross section and metallographic analysis for the welding stud were carried out. The results show that, under the best welding process parameters (welding current 1000 A and welding time 75 ms), welding joint should completely achieve technical requirements.
