摘要
采用宏微观断口形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、力学性能测试等方法,分析了镀锌螺钉断裂的原因。结果表明:搓牙工序中在牙根部位产生的微裂纹是导致螺钉发生最终断裂的主要原因,螺钉具有较高的脆性是导致螺钉发生最终断裂的重要原因。
The fracture reason of galvanized screw was analyzed by means of morphology and microstructure analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic composition analysis and mechanics performance testing. The results show that the main reason of the fracture is microcrack produced at the root position in the process of rubbing teeth, and the important reason is high brittleness of the galvanized screw.
