摘要
工会在开展以"面对面、心贴心、实打实服务职工群众在基层"为主线的实践活动中,要在转变工作观念,注重服务意识、完善服务功能,注重服务方式、学会统筹兼顾,注重服务细节、强化自身素质,注重服务能力等方面作足文章,以不断提高服务职工群众的本领与水平。
We held the activity,which was to face to serve face,heart by heart for staff mass of grass root.In the activity,we should adapt our conception,focus on awareness of service,perfect the function of service,focus on the way of service,and learn to administrate,focus on the details of service,strengthen the quality of service,and focus on ability of service to improve our service continuously for the staff mass.
