摘要
近年来,我市职工文化和企业文化建设取得了一定经验,但同时也存在一些问题。今后应进一步提高各级领导对职工文化和企业文化建设重要意义的认识;努力加快制定适应于全市职工文化和企业文化建设的规划意见;悉心总结不同类型、不同区域职工文化和企业文化的经验并加以推广;主动借助主流媒体来扩大工会的社会认同度和感召力;同时注意加强对职工文体社团的组织管理,尽可能发挥市级协会的网络覆盖和辐射作用。
In recent years, we have had some experiences on cultural construction of staff and enterprise. However, there were still some problems existed. In the future, we should promote the leaders' awareness on cultural construction of staff and enterprise. We should make a plan to construct culture of staff and enterprise to summarize the different types and different regional culture to spread the experiences. We should utilize the main media to spread the charm of trade union. administration of small group in the trade union In the meanwhile, we should focus on to strengthen organizing to promote radiating function of the urban committees.
