The Discussion on Students' Evaluation for Teaching in Higher Education

学生评教是高校教学质量管理体系中一项基础性的工作,目前尚存在评教指标体系不够完善、学生评教认识有"局限性"、评教结果的使用缺乏有效性、评教反馈环节薄弱等问题。解决这些问题,需在以下方面做些努力:由教师、学生和教学管理者共同设计科学的评教指标体系;加强学生评教的宣传力度;建立有效的评教结果处理机制;做好评教后的反馈。

The students＇ evaluation for teaching is basic work of the teaching quality system.Now it is not perfect because of awareness of evaluating is limited,the result of evaluating is lack of effectiveness,and the feedback of evaluating is not efficient.We have to make effort from below suggestions.The standard of evaluating system should be designed by teachers,students,and the administrators.We should strengthen the publicizing of students＇ evaluation.We should establish an effective evaluating system for teaching and deal with feedback correctly.
