摘要
压坯强度是反映粉末质量优劣的重要指标之一。以BTO(蓝色氧化钨)、PTO(紫色氧化钨)、YTO(黄色氧化钨)按一定配比进行混合作为原料,通过调整料层厚度、升温速度、氢气露点、高温带中停留时间等工艺参数制得了分散性强和表面形貌优良的粉末,并使用这些粉末制备了压坯,结果表明压坯强度有了很大的提高。
The compacts strength is an important indicator of the quality of powder quality. Using BTO (blue tungsten oxide), PTO(purple tungsten oxide) and YTO (yellow tungsten oxide) by a certain ratio mixed as raw material, Tungsten powder with strong dispersion and good surface morphology is produced by adjusting technology parameters, including material layer thickness, heating rate, hydrogen dew, residence time in the high temperature zone. Pressure billets are prepared out of the tungsten powder. The results show that the pressure billet strength has greatly improved.
