摘要
针对我国天然气液化的相平衡数据比较缺乏 ,搭建了一低温气液相平衡试验台 ,以获取低温下以天然气主要成分为研究对象的气液相平衡数据。通过进行甲烷和氮气组成的二元气液相平衡试验 ,得到温度为1 33 1 5K ,1 43 1 5K ,1 53 1 5K下的气液相平衡数据 ;并用试验数据关联了试验温度下SRK方程和PR方程中的二元交互作用系数及二元交互作用系数与温度之间的关系式 ;最后利用关联到的二元交互作用系数对计算值与试验值进行了比较。
In view of the fact that the phase equilibrum data in natural gas liquefaction in China are relatively poor,a low-temperature gas-liquid phase equilibrum test bench is constructed to acquire the gas-liquid phase equlibrum data at low temperature,which the main compositions of natural gas are taken as the object of study.Through the equilibrum test of binary gas-liquid phase composed of methane and nitrogen,the gas-liquid equilibrum data at the temperatures of 133.15 K,143.15 K and 153.15 K are obtained.The binary interaction coefficient in SRK and PR equations at test temperature and the relational expression between the binary interaction coefficient and the temperature are incidenced with the test data.Finally,the tested value is compared with the calculated value by use of incidenced binary interaction coefficient.
