摘要
防止封闭母线开关柜母线桩头绝缘套管热击穿事故,要从检修和运行温度在线监测着手采取措施。分析了一起开关柜母线桩头侧绝缘套管的绝缘击穿事故,建立了一套小车断路器触头弹簧性能劣化的日常检修方案和标准,提出了对开关柜母线桩头侧绝缘套管内动静触头进行温度测试的在线"接触式"无线测温系统,完善了当前对开关柜日常巡视和检修中存在的不足。
There should be take measures to prevent the accidents of thermal breakdown in bus stake of switchgear at the points of maintenance and operating temperature on-line monitoring. An accident of insulating casing by bus stake side in switchgear is analyzed. A set of daily maintenance and standard of contact spring aging in cartype circuit breaker is built. On-line contact wireless temperature measurement system measuring temperature of static contact and moving contact in insulating casing of switchgear by bus stake side is put forward. The shortage existing in the present daily patrol and maintenance is perfected.
